Cleanliness 

Your health & wellness are our priority, and we take sanitation seriously. At Noir Men’s Grooming Lounge, we use a new basin liner for each client along with a single-use nail file and buffer. We also use a medical grade, heat activated autoclave for sterilizing our metal implements. All implements are stored in a sealed sterilization pouch.  Our manicurists wear disposable gloves and the ingredients for your services are customized and prepared for you upon arrival.  

 

Diabetic Service Standards 

Diabetic clients have very specific needs when it comes to nail services, especially pedicures. Therefore, our manicurists are trained to provide diabetic focused treatments while educating our clients on how to elevate their foot care standards. *We highly recommend annual foot examinations from a podiatrist to identify high-risk foot conditions.   

 

Copper Bowls 

As an essential mineral, copper has wonderful health qualities and benefits, therefore, we use copper bowls for pedicures. Copper supports a healthy immune system, aids in the relief of joint pain by reducing inflammation, naturally kills germs and bacteria and also creates both positive and negative magnetic fields, believed to increase energy flow.  

 

Clients 

Our services are available to all members of the public regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation. We provide services to children 12 and older and ask that younger children not accompany clients during their session. We are gender-neutral. However, we do not apply or remove nail polish or gel. Grooming Lounge. 

  

Payment 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express in addition to cash, for services and tips.   

 

Appointments 

While we accept walk-ins, we highly recommend making appointments in advance to ensure you receive quality treatment and services in a timely manner.  

 

Cancellations, Grace Periods and No Shows 

When you schedule an appointment with us, we reserve the time especially for you. With that in mind, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Scheduled appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged $80 for hand and foot combs and $35 for manicure treatments.

 

Things and traffic happen. We offer a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. We will do our best to accommodate you, however we may need to reschedule your appointment after the grace period.  

 

Cell Phones and Pets 

Striving for relaxation and a comfortable experience, we ask that your cell phone be placed on vibrate while in Noir Grooming Lounge. Although we love pets, we are unable to accommodate them in the lounge.
